Frequently Asked Questions

  • You will be billed at the first of the month.

  • No. There is no registration fee.

  • No. We don’t believe in long-term contracts. Each membership is month-to-month. Cancel anytime.

  • If you cancel before the first of the month, you will not be charged for another month’s membership.  Outside of special circumstances, we do not offer refunds or reverse prorated memberships. We will credit your membership for months going forward.

  • If you are traveling for a while, you can freeze your membership in 2-week increments.  No retroactive membership holds or refunds.

  • If you’re unable to workout for any reason (illness, pregnancy, injury, etc.) please contact Bri Creehan at (724) 982-9780. We will do our best to accommodate extenuating circumstances.

  • Yes! Experienced CrossFitters from other affiliates can drop in to any class. 

    The cost is $20 for each class (see our membership options for 3 and 5 day passes).

    If you are a local who wants to try CrossFit please message us to schedule a class time, your first class is free.

  • Yes! Experienced CrossFitters can sign up for a free class before committing to a membership.

  • Open gym is for our RX+ and Community members from 10:00AM to 3:00PM Monday through Friday.

    This is for individual training only.

  • Yes! Our RX+ members have access to the gym 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with their key card.

  • If it’s your first time coming to the gym, please text or call us at (724) 982-9780 to schedule a tour or free class (for experienced CrossFitters).

    Once you enroll in a membership or punch pass, you will get access to our Streamfit App where you can register for classes going forward.

  • Yes! Once you enroll in a membership or punch pass, you can view the workouts ahead of time on the Streamfit App.

  • Wayfarer CrossFit prides itself on welcoming members of all ages and athletic abilities. We will help you find movements to meet you where you are, while still getting a great workout.

  • If you are new to CrossFit, you must complete the Elements course before joining in on regular group classes.

    The Elements course is a fantastic opportunity to learn the moves and lingo of CrossFit, ask questions & tailor the workouts to your ability level.

    Our Elements course is 1-on-1, so whether you’re a former athlete just getting started with CrossFit, or completely new to working out, our coaches will tailor the sessions to meet your individual needs.

  • Well-behaved dogs & pets are welcome on the outdoor premise for socials & get togethers. They must be kept on a leash and owners are responsible for their behavior and clean-up.

  • Yes! We love children and pride ourselves on being a family-friendly atmosphere.

    If you bring your children to the training center while you take a class, we ask that you make sure they remain in the kid’s area located next to the snack bar.

    You are responsible for watching after your own children.

  • Teens are welcome to watch classes from the Snack Bar or Kids Area.

    If you have a teenager who would like to attend classes, they must be (12) years or older and complete the Elements Program prior to joining group classes.
