what is Crossfit?

CrossFit is a functional fitness program that combines strength training and conditioning through varied classes designed for all experience levels.

At Wayfarer CrossFit, our workouts can be modified so beginners and experienced athletes can all safely train together.

New members start with our Elements Program: a series of personal training sessions that teach the basics and prepare you to join our group classes with confidence!
